CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY I understand that things happen and plans may change. However, your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you cancel, reschedule, or are unable to attend your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 30% of the total price of your scheduled service. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy and authorize the applicable cancellation fee in accordance with the payment terms presented at booking.
